Delivery

Any date or period will be considered as indicative only, however we will aim to dispatch your order on the same working day as you place your order (provided your order is received before 12pm). If your order is received after 12pm it will be sent the next working day. This can be subject to availability as sometimes we may run out of an item/s due to high demand, however you will be informed within 1 working day if we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason.

Orders within the UK are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, Standard Parcels or Special Delivery post, so they can be tracked if they go missing.

Order sent to EU or International countries will be sent using International Signed-for delivery, so they can be tracked if they go missing.

They will also need a signature at your end, so we recommend you use a daytime address e.g. workplace. If you are not in, a delivery note will be left for you to rearrange delivery or collection. Orders qualifying for free delivery will either be sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded or Standard Parcels Delivery.

Note that items are only considered "lost" after not arriving 14 working days after dispatch.

Delivery Times & Charges

You can choose to have your items sent using:

1. UK Recorded Delivery (item arrives between 1-5 days from dispatch - lighter items usually arrive within 1 to 2 days and heavier items within 3 days from dispatch) or

2. Royal Mail Special Delivery (item is guaranteed to arrive before 1pm next working day after dispatch - orders sent on a Friday will only be delivered on the Monday).

3. EU Recorded Delivery (For delivery in any EU country). Item arrives within approx. 7 days after dispatch.

4. Int Recorded Delivery (For international countries apart from EU). Item arrives within approx 10 days after dispatch.

Charges:

UK Recorded: From £2 upwards. Postage is calculated based on weight of items being purchased.

UK Special Delivery: From £8 upwards. Postage is calculated based on weight of items being purchased.

EU Recorded: From £8.50 upwards. Postage is calculated based on weight of items being purchased.

Int. Recorded: From £12 upwards. Postage is calculated based on weight of items being purchased.

Payment

Payment will be taken by Paypal and must be made in pounds Sterling using one of the major credit or debit cards or through your own Paypal account..

When using a card to pay on-line you will need to be the card holder and give the registered card holders address.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Please print these for your records.
